Article 1: Introduction and Definitions
This introduction is an integral part of this agreement. The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:
1.Cinq: Refers to the online store, including all its digital platforms, whether an application, website, or physical store.
2.Consumer: Any individual engaging in e-commerce to obtain products or services provided by Cinq through its electronic platform.
3.Agreement: Refers to these terms and conditions governing the relationship between the consumer and Cinq.
Article 2: Legal Capacity of the Consumer
1.The consumer affirms possessing the legal capacity, as per Sharia and applicable laws, to engage with Cinq.
2.In case of any violation of this article, the consumer bears full responsibility for any resulting consequences. 
Article 3: Nature of Commitment
1.Cinq commits to providing the product or service as described on its platform.
2.Additional services, such as after-sales support, may be offered depending on the nature of the product or service.
Article 4: Usage Guidelines
1.The consumer agrees to use Cinq’s platform in accordance with public morals and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2.The consumer shall not use any product or service obtained from Cinq in a manner that contravenes public morals or applicable laws.
Article 5: Account Registration and Responsibilities
1.Upon registering, the consumer agrees to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
2.The consumer is responsible for all activities under their account and must notify Cinq immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.Cinq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.
Article 6: Electronic Communications
1.Communications between Cinq and the consumer will primarily occur via the registered email address.
2.The consumer agrees that electronic communications are legally binding and equivalent to written documents.
Article 7: Modifications to Terms and Fees
1.Cinq may amend these terms or impose fees as necessary, with such changes becoming effective upon publication on the platform.
2.Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Article 8: Payment Services
1.Cinq provides various payment methods through its platform, ensuring secure and efficient transactions.
2.All prices are clearly stated, inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
3.Invoices and receipts are issued for all transactions, detailing the product or service, price, and delivery information. 
Article 9: Intellectual Property
1.All content on Cinq’s platform, including trademarks, logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of Cinq and protected under intellectual property laws.
2.Consumers are prohibited from using any of Cinq’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
Article 10: Liability
1.Cinq operates in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and strives to ensure accurate and reliable services.
2.Cinq is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its platform or services.
3.Products and services offered are lawful and authorized for use within the Kingdom. 
Article 11: Account Suspension
Cinq reserves the right to suspend or terminate consumer accounts or restrict access to its services at its discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including violations of these terms.
Article 12: Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws within the Kingdom.
Article 13: General Provisions
1.If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
2.Arabic is the official language for interpreting these terms, and any translations are for convenience only. 
3.Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
4.Cinq may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
5.This agreement remains in effect until terminated by Cinq.
